Cancellation and Returns Policy

- The product is returnable inside the relevant go-back window. Only if the product obtained is damaged, has any lacking elements or accessories, is defective, or isn’t the same as the outline referred to on the product detail page on https://crozway.com/shop/
- Customers can request a replacement unless mentioned
- For situations in which the product received is broken or has any lacking parts/add-ons, the Crozway crew will touch the client to verify info of the damage/lacking parts/add-ons before issuing the replacement.
- For situations in which the product received isn’t the same as the description mentioned on the product page, the Crozway team will set up for a pick-up from the customer’s registered place and continue with alternatives as requested.
- For situations where the product is received is defective, a replacement will be provided basis the following conditions
- For mobiles, tablets, cameras, accessories, kitchen, and well-being products, the resolution may be supplied basis the brand technician’s report.
- In the case of desktops and laptops, the Crozway team will guide the customer and connect them to the brand for online troubleshooting. Replacement will be provided on the basis of the brand technician’s report.
- For large appliances, the Crozway team will schedule the technician’s visit to the customer’s location and a replacement will be provided based on the technician’s report.
- Replacement will be processed only in the following conditions

- The product was not damaged by the customer.
- The product is not different from the originally shipped product.
- The product is returned in its original condition along with the brand/manufacturer box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all in-the-box accessories.

- Customers can raise a request for a refund in case the product received is damaged, late delivery, or not delivered.
- For the product in which the relevant refund or return window has been exhausted, the product might be repaired according to brand assurance terms.
- In the case of virtual merchandise that may store data, the client should make sure that each private data from the device is removed before processing the return or alternative of the product. Crozway shall now no longer be responsible in any way for loss, misuse, or utilization of such data.
- Product will now no longer be eligible for return in case of buyer’s remorse, which includes alternate of thoughts or wrong product/model ordered.
- Product will not be eligible for return or replacement if ‘Non-Returnable or Non-Replaceable’ is mentioned on the product detail page.
- The product will be eligible for replacement only if the same product/model is available in stock. If the same product/model is out of stock, a refund shall be provided.
- Refund will be processed within 2 working days when the product is received by Crozway. The applicable refund may vary from 7 to 8 working days, depending on the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Free gifts will not be covered under any kind of warranty, and will not be returned.
- These Return/Replacement policy applies for purchases from www.crozway.com.
- If the damage is reported for a product picked from the store, will not be eligible for return.
- Any missing accessories reported once the product is picked from the store will not be considered.
- Personal care products will not be eligible for return/replacement due to hygiene reasons.
- Crozway reserves the right, to change, amend, or in any other case regulate the terms and situations at any time without earlier notice.
Return/Refund is not eligible when
Crozway will not consider the product for return or replacement in the following cases:
- Buyer’s remorse consists of alternate of thoughts or wrong product/model/color ordered.
- Water and Physical damages are not covered under warranty
- The product has already been set up or is in use, and works according to its specification licensed by the brand.
- The product has been tampered with or has lacking serial number/IMEI number.
- The product has been relocated from the primary shipping address by the customer.
- The product will be repaired as per brand warranty terms.
- The product falls under the Software, Video Game (CD/DVD), Printer Cartridges, or any other consumable items category.
- Performance or software program problem withinside the product isn’t as according to expectation (e.g., heating or lagging problem). In such cases, the customer will go to the closest Crozway Store or the authorized brand provider center for product inspection.
- Primary packaging of any massive equipment product (e.g., television, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.) that requires demo & set up is opened by the purchaser.
- The product is a free gift.
